High numbers experienced difficulties plus low levels of satisfaction

We wanted to know how satisfied islanders were with banking services but also understand the difficulties they faced and if there was a correlation between the two.

What does this mean?

So whilst a high number are experiencing difficulties in some cases they are nevertheless satisfied with their bank, which may suggest that people have become accustomed to having rather low expectations of what they’re actually getting from their bank.
