The next stepsAdvisers have been engaged which includes a big four accountancy firm, local and London lawyers and regulatory consultants to help build a business model and engage with the financial regulators before applying for a banking licence.
An advisory board will shortly be announced to provide additional input and fundraising is expected to begin in early 2017 which will enable application and the recruitment of an executive team. Finance For Guernsey will continue to engage with the local business community to ensure that any future proposition is fit for purpose and is an enabler for future growth and prosperity.
