A good representative sample of both individuals and industry which is important as we look to creating a business that will be able to provide products and services for all. What does this mean?
The research was undertaken by international market research firm Morar. Initial discussions with their qualified experts indicated that 200 responses would have been statistically representative for Guernsey’s population.Finance For Guernsey wanted to ensure that as many islanders as possible had the opportunity to complete the survey so there was never a cap and we are delighted that so many people, both individually and professionally, shared their experiences and views. The objective of the market research was to validate the circumstantial evidence that we had already gathered. It was never our intention to base any future proposition on the viewpoint of 400 people.
